1 star review  Incompetent thieves - this is fact. I sent my motorcycle forks and a pair of new stanchions for replacement and requested return of one of the old stanchions as it was still in serviceable condition. Despite being charged the additional postage for the return of the forks plus the old stanchion, they did not return my stanchion - I have been given several farcical excuses as to why it was not returned but basically they have stolen my property and over a month later I am still waiting for it. Not only this but after one ride out on the bike with new fork seals fitted, the nearside seal is already leaking badly. WOULD ADVISE ANYONE TO AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

  • 1 star review  Sold me a bike which was a CAT D and had been wrote off in 1999 which was apparently then a blue bike.. now a red bike. Called and refused to help!!! Buyer beware do not touch this company with a barge pole! I will be taking it further... disgusted in their attitude.

4 star review  Purchased a YSS shock off Firefox and requested a particular spring rate, which was additional cost. When the shock arrived the incorrect spring was fitted, 45mm too short and 10N/mm soft. Emailed and called Firefox and they promptly posted off a replacement spring. A bit of rooting around but we got there in the end. They could have just ignored my request but they came through. Thanks guys.
