Our Refund and Returns Policy Made Simple


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Damage to the packaging will result in a 40% re-stocking fee.

To complete your return, please send a receipt or proof of purchase with the item.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed,We will automatically credit your original method of payment, within 5 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, you should first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Firefox Racing, Waddington Street, Keighley, West Yorkshire, BD2 15LP

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You are responsible for your item until it arrives with us so we recommend using a reputable, tracked courier service. We recommend it is insured for the full value of the item in case of failure with the delivery service as we can not be held accountable for the item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
